4. Payments and Invoicing

All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate, unless stated otherwise.

An invoice will be issued after payment confirmation and sent via email.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Vouchers are valid for 12 months, unless otherwise specified.

  • A refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided the voucher has not been used.

  • To reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • In the event of adverse weather conditions, CHN reserves the right to postpone the activity and provide an alternative date.
